Maintenance process

We understand that the speed in which maintenance is undertaken is crucially important and we work really hard to try and get any issues resolved quickly.

Below is a step-by-step process for maintenance issues:

  1. Report lodged
  2. Job sheet to assess the issue raised
  3. Landlord advised
  4. Issue assessed by contractor
  5. Recommendation made by contractor
  6. Quote prepared by contractor and sent to landlord
  7. Await landlord instruction
  8. Place order with the contractor
  9. Await parts from supplier
  10. Action repair
