Below is a step-by-step process for maintenance issues:

  1. Report lodged
  2. Job sheet to assess the issue raised
  3. Landlord advised
  4. Issue assessed by contractor
  5. Recommendation made by contractor
  6. Quote prepared by contractor and sent to landlord
  7. Await landlord instruction
  8. Place order with the contractor
  9. Await parts from supplier
  10. Action repair
